Ingredients: 1 c. brown sugar ½ c. butter (no substitutes) ¼ c. whipping cream ¾ c. chopped pecans 1 pkg. Devils cake mix
Topping: 1 ¾ c. whipping cream ¼ c. powdered sugar ¼ tsp. vanilla chocolate chips

Directions: |
Directions:In a saucepan, add brown sugar, butter and cream. Stir over low heat until butter is melted. Pour into 2 9” round cake pans. Sprinkle with pecans.
Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour over pecans. Bake at 325º for 35-45 minutes.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and place each cake on separate plate.
For topping, beat cream and then add sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Put mixture on top of one cake and then top with the other cake (will be like a cake sandwich)! Top cake with either chocolate chips or Hershey bar, using a veggie peeler to make curls. |
