2 C. small white beans
Water
2 onions
½ lb. bacon
2/3 C dark corn syrup
4 tsp dry mustard
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put beans in large pan, cover with water and soak overnight. Drain and rinse. Put beans back in pan, add onions and cover with water. Bring to boil then cover and simmer for 1 hour. Drain, reserving liquid. Cut bacon into small pieces and add to beans along with other ingredients and 1 cup of liquid. Pour into casserole and bake at 300 for 2 hours. Add more liquid if necessary.
