4-8 cans of chicken broth
1 frying chicken, disjointing
1 stalk celery, diced
1 sm onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
3 peppercorns
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T. salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pkg. fine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in large kettle; add carrot, celery, onion, peppercorns, bouillon cubes, salt, lemon juice and 2 quarts water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from broth; cool. Remove chicken from bones; add to soup. Break noodles into 1 inch pieces; add to soup. Cook for 15 min. longer or until noodles are done. Remove peppercorns.
