1 stewing chicken (3 lb)
6 carrots
4 medium potatoes
6 c of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/4 lb of butter
salt & pepper

Directions:
stew chicken in a large pot, cut in diced carrots, salt & pepper to taste, let simmer at least 4 hours remove the chicken let cool then de-bone and shred chicken, place shredded chicken back into the pot with cubed potatoes and simmer 1 more hour. To make noodles add flour 2 cups at a time 4 eggs 1 stick of butter and water to moisten and blend to a rolling out consistency. Roll out dough and cut 1x1 squares.Bring broth to a rolling boil and drop in dough
mixing as you fill the pot
