1 lb hamburger
1/2 pkg hash browns (Simply Potatoes)
1 stick butter
2 onions diced
2 stalks celery diced
1/2 pint cream
1 large can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger. Saute butter with onions and celery. Add remaining ingredients.

Bake in 350º oven for approximately 45 minutes.

This was first my Dad's family recipe. He shared it with my Uncle Jim who shared it with me after my Dad passed away. We make it a Thanksgiving tradition.
