8 medium potatoes
2 stalks celery
5-6 green onions
1/4 lb. bacon
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
6 hardboiled eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Cool and slice. Hard boil eggs and slice. Dice celery and onion. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Stir iflour into bacon drippings and blend. Pour in vinegar and sugar. Simmer until clear. Pour over potatoes, celery, onions, and mix. Add sliced eggs and serve hot.
