2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup sliced green onions
One egg
1/2 cup skim milk
3 T. shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. salt
1 T. minced fresh parsley or 1 t. dried parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
3 cloves of minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet coated with only cooking spray, saute the cabbage, carrots, onions and garlic until crisp tender. Transfer to a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish. In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, Swiss Cheese and seasoning salt. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with Parsley and Parmesan Cheese.

Bake uncovered, at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
