6 1/2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate, milk, brown sugar, and butter in small saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

This is the frosting used for Frosted Snappin' Turtle Cookies (recipe in this cookbook). This recipe makes enough frosting for 2 batches of cookies.
