2-3 pounds of round steak
2 onions, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 Tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 teaspoon white pepper
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup beef stock
1 can of Rotel tomatoes or diced tomatoes
1 cup onion tops, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasoning in small bowl. Season steak with season mix. Place steak in hot oil and brown well. Remove steak and pour off excess oil (except for two teaspoons full). Add onions, bell pepper, celery and sauté for 10 minutes. Add garlic and beef stock and Rotel tomatoes.

Place steak back in pan, cook, covered over low heat. Cook until very tender (about 1 ½ hours). Stir every 15 and turn steak over after 1 hour. Add green onion tops and parsley 5 minutes before serving. Serve over hot rice.
