300g minced beef
1 small zucchini, grated
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
6 small burger buns
tomato sauce
1 med carrot, grated
small butter lettuce leaves
shoestring fries to serve

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mince, zucchini, onion, egg yolk and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into patties.
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and add patties, cook, turning occasionally, until browned all over and cooked through.
Split buns in half and cook under a hot grill until toasted.
Spread tomato sauce over one side of bun and barbecue sauce on the other. Add lettuce, carrot and patties on one side and then top with the remaining half.
Serve with shoestring fries.
