1 1/2 cups Pace picante sauce
3 Tblsp packed light brown sugar
1 Tblsp Dijon style mustard
4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place chicken breasts in glass baking dish. In small bowl, mix together the picante sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over chicken breasts in baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done. Serve chicken breasts over cooked rice.

We use regular mustard instead of dijon style. Brent and Garret both like to add 1 can of Ranch Style Beans to the picante mixture before baking the chicken. Quick, easy, and an excellent recipe!
