2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/12 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. notes

Frosting:
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. + 1 Tbs. butter
dash of salt
3 Tbs. cocoa

Directions:

Brownies:
Mix sugar and cocoa; stir in butter. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Sift flour and salt; stir into cocoa mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
Frosting:
combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Cool in a pan of ice water for 5 minutes. Beat until desired spreading consistency is reach. Frost brownies.
