4 c. mashed potatoes (8-10 pot.)
1 c. sour cream
1 8oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 tsp. dried chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
1 T butter
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, sour cream, cr.cheese, chives and garlic. Turn into a greased 2 qt. casserole. Combine breadcrumbs with butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes. Top with cheese.
