1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. of 8 refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 T. Parmesan cheese
small can mushrooms, drained
Italian seasoning to taste
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Cook sausage until browned, drain. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust and sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk and remaining ingredients. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 25-30 minutes.
