1 lb fresh or frozen shrimp
2 c. med egg noodles
1 10 oz pkg baby early peas in butter sauce
1 2 1/2 oz jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 c chopped onion
2 T. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 3 oz pkg softened cream cheese
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. paprika
dash of pepper
grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare shrimp, noodles and peas according to package instructions. Set aside.

In large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in sour cream, cheese, salt, paprika and pepper. Gently fold in shrimp, peas and noodles. Heat to serving temperature -- DO NOT BOIL.

Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
