3 c. Maccaroni (elbow) noodles
2 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. mild shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Can of Cheez Whiz
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 t. mustard
1 t. worcheshire sauce

Boil 3 Cups of Mac (elbow) noodles for 20 minutes.

**you can prepare this part and put in the refrigerator until you are ready for baking**

Spray 9x13 glass dish
Salt and pepper the bottom
Pour 1/2 of mac noodles to cover bottom
Spread 1 Cup of mild shredded cheese
Spread 1 Cup of sharp shredded cheese
Repeat with noodles and cheeses to make a second layer


Mix in a bowl:
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 t. mustard
1 t. worcheshire sauce
heat this mixture

In another bowl heat a jar of cheese whiz

Pour the mixture into cheese whiz bowl. Stir good and pour over mac and cheese in the glass dish. Salt and pepper.

Bake for 1 hour

I always prepare the noodles and cheese in the pan ahead of time and put in the refrigerator until I'm ready to cook it and then I prepare the rest. Just a tip.
