2 Red Delicious apples
2 Golden Delicious apples
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. broken pecan halves, toasted
1 c. halved red grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss apples with lemon juice in a bowl. Stir in raisins, pecans, grapes and celery. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, sugar, and salt. Add to apple mixture and toss gently to mix. Cover and chill until serving time.
