1 3/4 c flour, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 sticks
butter, softened, 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 c brown sugar, packed, 1 egg,
1 tsp. vanilla, 1 12oz. pkg. chocolate chunks, 3/4 c roughly
chopped pecans.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, set
aside. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir
in chocolate chunks and pecans. Scoop dough with small ice
cream scoop and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for
10-13 min.
