1 pkg. white cake mix

Filling:
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar
12 oz. fresh frozen coconut

Icing:
Reserve 1 c. of filling
Lg. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed on pkg. Cool and slice each layer in half making a total of 4 layers.

Filling:
Spread icing mixture between the 4 layers.

Icing:
Mix 1 c. filling w/large carton Cool Whip. Spread on top and outside. Put in airtight container and refrigerate for 3 days before cutting.
