3 lbs for chicken
1 C cornstarch
2 eggs

SAUCE

1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/4 C water
4 T Ketchup
1 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
CHICKEN

Wash wings, dry with paper towel, sprinkle each wing with garlic salt and Accent. Beat eggs. Dip each wing in egg and then in cornstarch, fry to light golden brown. Fry wings first, then make up the sauce mixture.

SAUCE

Mix together. When wings are all browned, preheat over to 350. Place wings in 9 x 12 pan. Pour sauce over them and turn wings for even coverage. Place uncovered in oven, bake for 45 minutes. Option: turn wings every 20 minutes for better coverage. Fry wings first, then make up the sauce mixture.
