16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 lb. Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage

Directions:
Drain the rotel well. Cook the sausage and drain. Pat with paper towels to remove any excess fat (this wont come out right if you don't get all the fat!) Mix all 3 ingredients together and serve with tortilla scoops.
