1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. olive oil
3 T. Tabasco
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 minced garlic cloves, or garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
a little green onion, chopped
12 chicken pieces...(I use 8 boneless chicken breasts)
Dry Ingredients To Coat Chicken:
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken over night in first 8 ingredients.
Mid-afternoon before dinner, coat chicken with the mixture of dry ingredients. Arrange on baking sheet
or broiler pan. Let stand 30 minutes. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 350º for 50 minutes
