4 Chicken Breasts (Boil Chicken)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
1 package Ritz crackers
3/4 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º for 35 minutes in a 8x13 greased glass casserole dish. Boil chicken breasts, cool, remove bones & place on bottom of baking dish. Mix soup & sour cream & spoon over chicken. Layer coarsely crushed Ritz crackers on top. Drizzle melted butter over crackers. Bake in preheated oven for 35 Minutes.

If you don't have time to boil the chicken. Buy a rotisserie Chicken & take chicken off the bones. It works great for a last minute dinner. Serve with a veggie.
