8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 c. mayo
2 packages of shredded Swiss cheese
green onions, chopped
Round loaf of sour dough bread
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and mushrooms.
Stir cheese and mayo into saute pan with mushrooms. Hollow out the sour dough bread and pour into the bread bowl. Serve with Baguettes or crackers. I have made this and put in a serving bowl instead of a bread bowl.
