1 Box Ronzoni lasagna noodles
1 lb. provolone cheese, diced
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
1 pt. ricotta cheese
1 qt. Classico tomato & basil sauce
1 C dry red wine - Cabernet Sauvigon
1 lb. Hllshire smoked beef link sausage
3 Tbps. fresh basil, cut fine
3 Tbps. fresh rosemary, very finely diced

Have meat counter grind sausage chili grind.

Preheat oven to 350. Boil noodles in 6 qt. water for about 7 min. until they are still a little firm, drain, plunge into cold water for 5 or 10 min. drain for final use and set aside.

In a large bowl combine tomato sauce, wine, sausage and spices, mix well.

Spray two 9x9x2 baking dishes with PAM.

Lay down a single layer of lasagna cover with the sauce mixture, some ricotta and other cheeses.

Repeat until the dishes are filled almost to the top. End with a final sprinkling of mozzarella and provolone.

Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
