1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, brown and white sugar and shortening. Then add flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Mix. Then add coconut, oatmeal, nuts. and vanilla. Roll into small balls flatten with a greased fork. Bake 375º
