4 1/2 tsp. butter
4 1/2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup cubed process cheese
2 pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed (10oz.) each

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat; stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened; add cheese; stir until melted; stir in peas; cook 2 minutes longer or until heated through. Serve immediately.
