8 oz. Macaroni
1 Tblsp. olive oil
1 onion, sliced
4 oz. bacon, chopped
4 oz. ham, chopped
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup half & half
2 Tblsp. fresh chives
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Cook macaroni in large pan of boiling water. Spread evenly in casserole dish.
2. Heat oil in large pan, add onion & stir over low heat until tender. Stir in bacon & cook for 2 min. Add ham to mixture. Remove from heat & cool.
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, chives, salt & pepper. Mix in Cheddar cheese, bacon & ham mixture stirring thoroughly. Spread evenly over top of macaroni. Bake for 35-40 min., or until mixture is set.

Annie's Mother Joan Barle made this for us after Lola was born so we wouldn't have to cook for a few days. Louis liked it too. Makes really good leftovers and I don't really like leftovers very much :)
