4 beef rib-eye steaks (3/4in. thick)
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/3 cup beef broth
1tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large nonstick skillet, brown steaks over med/hi heat, 1-2 min. on each side. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet saute onion, garlic in butter until tender, stirring to loosen browned bits. Brush steaks w/ mustard; sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Return to pan. Stir in broth. Cook for 5-7 min. on each side until it reaches desired temp. med(160º) Spoon onion mixture over steaks; sprinkle with parsley.
