Turkey, about 12 lbs.
1 c. warm water
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. salt or less
1 1/2 T. garlic juice
1/4 bottle of Tabasco
beer, oil and 7up

Directions:
Directions:
Clean turkey; pat dry. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or 2 c measuring cup. Inject into the turkey 4-5 hours before putting on Weber Grill. You can get a marinade injector at a kitchen store or catalog.

Baste with equal parts beer, oil (canola) & 7up as turkey roasts. Roast on indirect heat and add coals as needed.

This has become a specialty for Charlie to do. It is moist and delicious. We have never done it on a gas grill.
