12 slices bacon-cooked and diced
3 medium onions-chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 cans (16 oz.) baked beans
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) lima beans, drained, rinsed

Preheat oven to 350º. In Dutch oven or large sauce pan over medium heat, cook and stir bacon and onions until bacon is crisp and onions are tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered 60 to 70 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

I substitute the lima beans with drained and rinsed black beans, but you can use any variation of beans.
