3 cups sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes (approx 1 lb potatoes equal a cup of mashed potatoes). Mix sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Put in a 13X9" baking dish.
Topping:
Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Serves 10 to 12
