5 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 (2.8oz.) pkg. assorted chocolate dessert cups
Garnish: chopped honey roasted peanuts and chocolate shavings.

Directions:
In large bowl, beat egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar at med. speed until thick and pale, about 4 min. Beat in p. butter. In med. bowl, beat egg whites at high speed until foamy. Gradually add remaining sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in p. butter mix. In separate bowl beat cream at med/high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into p. butter mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Spoon into choc cups. Garnish,
