1/2 cup plus 2 tbls. margarine, divided
3 ozs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tsps. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tbls. dark Kara syrup

Directions:
Directions:
To make shells, combine 1/2 cup margarine, cream cheese and flour. Mix well. Form into balls the size of a pecan and press into the cups of small muffin tins.

To make filling, combine eggs, 2 tablespoons of margarine, brown sugar, vanilla, pecans and Karo syrup. Fill unbaked shells three-quarter full and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Makes 36 small tarts.
