2 8 oz. cream cheese-softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling, or any other kind of pie filling you desire.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups and place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Fill the cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Top each with pie filling. Chill.
