1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 lg. granny smith apples-chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 can Pillsbury grands flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cook butter and apples until tender. Add brown sugar and mix well. Spray 8 lg. muffin cups with nonstick Pam and evenly distribute mixture in each.
Sprinkle pecans in each cup and cover each with a biscuit. Bake 18-23 mins or until golden brown. Flip muffins over on serving tray...Enjoy!!!!
