1 box lemon jell-o
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
2 cups powder sugar
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 tbsps. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix jell-o and hot water together until dissolved. Cool in refrigerator. Blend together: cake mix, oil, eggs, and lemon extract. Combine jell-o and batter. Bake in 9 x 13" dish for 35-40 minutes. Poke holes in cooled cake. Combine lemon juice and powdered sugar together and pour over cake.
