1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c sugar
1 vanilla bean cut in half lengthwise
1 1/2 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 lemon zest (fine)

Glaze
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape into sugar. Add to mixture. Add melted butter, eggs, milk and lemon zest. Mix well.
Pour into greased & floured a bundt pan.
Bake for 55 to 60 min.
While this sweet bread it hot, top with glaze.
