1 1/2 lbs. round steak(tenderized)
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1(4oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 package egg noodles
1(10.5oz) can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into cubes. Dust with flour and pepper. Brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly. Stir in broth; cover and cook 1 hour over low heat until meat is tender, stirring now and then. Gradually blend in sour cream. Cook over low heat and additional 5 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
