Fruit Salsa:
1 c. finely chopped strawberries
1 med. orange, peeled and finely chopped
2 lg. kiwifruit, peeled and finely chopped
½ c. finely chopped pineapple
¼ c. thinly sliced green onion
¼ c. chopped yellow or green sweet pepper
1 T. lime or lemon juice
1 fresh jalapeño chile pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)

Cinnamon Chips:
1 pkg. Flour Tortillas (Whole Grain can be substituted)
cooking spray
½ T. Cinnamon
½ c. sugar (Splenda can be substituted)

Directions:
Directions:
For the fruit salsa, in a bowl combine strawberries, orange, kiwifruit, pineapple, green onions, sweet pepper, lime/lemon juice, and jalapeño pepper. Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours.

Spray the tortilla with cooking spray (butter flavored is encouraged). Mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle tortilla with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cut tortilla into slices using a pizza cutter. Bake at 350º degrees for 10 minutes or until chips are dry and crisp. Do not under bake. Cool completely before serving.
