Personal Notes:
When we would have a dinner party mom would always fix a huge Italian dinner. We would have an antipasto, minestrone soup, with the little meatballs like Grandma DiSalvatore had the grandkids make when we visited; salad with homemade dressing, baked chicken, beef rolls, pasta and gravy, cheeses, fruits and nuts. Plenty of wine was always available through out the entire meal.
