1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 C. jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 C. orange juice
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
3 - 4 lb. pork loin

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan add the cranberry sauce, orange juice and brown sugar. Heat,mixing constantly, over med. heat until melted and a syrup forms.

Heat oven to 350º F. Cook pork loin which has been rubbed with salt and pepper for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, fat side up. Baste with 1/4 of syrup. Cook 30 min. more. Baste again with 1/4 of the syrup. Cook 15 min. more.
