1/2 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 stick butter, melted
15 Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Add juice and mix. Add pineapple and cheese and mix. Put in a casserole dish. Add melted butter to cracker crumbs and mix well. Spread evenly on top of pineapple.

Bake at 350º F. for 20 - 30 minutes.
