1(24oz) can refried beans
5 ripe avocados (mashed)
2 T. lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
4 T. mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning
1 bunch green onions
2 or 3 tomatoes
1 small can olives
1 package shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On a large round plate or Pyrex dish , spread beans, mashed avocados and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning, then spread over avocado. Chop onions and tomatoes for the 4th and 5th layer. Sprinkle cheese and top with olives.

This is a great dish to bring for summer parties. Everyone always requests it. I put the olives last so they can be easily picked off. The lemon juice is not counted as a layer, it keeps the avocado from turning brown.
