6 center cut Pork Chops
1/2 onion, bellpepper
1tsp. minced garlic
Creole Season, parsley flakes, blk pepper, garlic and onion powder.
5 tsp of butter
Pam Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.Season both sides of chops, add to a Pam sprayed baking pan. Put slices of onion, and bellpepper, on top of the chops. Put enough water to cover 1/2 chops than add tsp. of minced garlic to water and stir around. Add butter to the 4 corners and middle. Cover with foil and allow to bake until tender (1-1 1/2 hr.). Basing the chops every 30 mins. Drain most of the broth out, remove foil and add back to oven for 20 mins on 450º to brown on both sides if desired.
