1 pork/ beef roast
1 onion, bellpepper garlic
1 tbsp of Soysauce
Creole Season
Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
The night before put roast in a pan adding water mid way up the roast, seasoning the top of roast and add onion, bellpepper, garlic, and a little soy sauce. Cover with foil and put in the oven the next morning on 350º for 3-4 hours until tender. Continue to check and base it at least every 30 mins to avoid having a dried roast.
