1lb. Shrimp
1lb. White beans
Trinity (onions, celery, garlic, bell pepper) Optional Green Onion (shallots)
1lb. bacon
salt
pepper
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Garlic powder
1 stick margarine or butter
8 glasses of water from stock (may have to add more water as beans cook)

Peel shrimp and save heads and shells to boil for stock. Wash beans and add the shrimp stock. Then add the Trinity and cook bacon crisp (don't use bacon grease) continue to cook beans until tender about 1 hr or until beans are soft. To cream the beans add 1 stick butter or margarine add seasoning to taste. When beans are done turn off and add the shrimp. Enjoy!
