4 lb. or more rump roast or top or bottom round
1 envelope or 2 if it is a bigger roast of Good Season's Italian dressing (dry mix)
1 or 2 envelopes of Au Jus Gravy mix (dry mix)
1 c. water or 1 1/2 c. if using 2 each of the dry mixes

1. Add all ingredients into a crock pot.
2. Cook 6 hours on HIGH or 12 hours on LOW.
3. Shred beef and add back to liquid left from cooking.
4. Make sandwiches on hard Hoagie Buns that have been buttered and toasted or grilled with the beef and mozzarella or provolone cheese. I usually mix up an extra Au Jus mix and serve it on the side with the sandwich.
