2 tomatoes, chopped
6 fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
salt
8 slices coarse bread, cut into 1/2" thick slices
2 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1) In bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
2) Place bread slices on baking sheet and broil grill, turning once until lightly toasted on both sides. About 2 min. total.
3) Remove bread and lightly rub with garlic clove.
4) Arrange tomato mixture on bread with a slotted spoon.
