6 hard cooked eggs
2 - 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper
paprika for garnish

Cover eggs in a medium pan with water. Bring to a boil. When fully boiling, cover with a lid and turn off the power. Let stand on the hot burner for 15 min. Pour off the hot water and cover eggs with cool water. Repeat several times until eggs are cooled off. Peel eggs and slice in half. Remove hardened yolks to a small bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise. Add relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spoon mixture into a sandwich sized ziplock bag. Cut one corner of the bag and pipe the filling into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and keep chilled.
